The prices (€) for the room/apartment are indicated per person and per day for a minimum stay of 7 nights. The price includes the VAT of 10% (any changes will be calculated accordingly).
We remind you that a 'temporary visitor' tax will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments of South Tyrol.

Free transport: use the Val Gardena Mobilcard on local buses. You can leave your car parked at the hotel.

Reservation: Reservations and cancellations can only be accepted in written form.

Deposit: In order to have your reservation confirmed, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the full amount.

Advice: We recommend you to effect a travel cancellation insurance. This insurance provides financial cover in case you have to cancel your holidays due to major reasons. Without a travel cancellation insurance, the deposit will not be refunded.

Arrival and departure times: On the day of your arrival, your holiday accommodation will be available after 1 p.m. Please inform us, if you will arrive after 6 p.m. On the day of departure, check out time is at 9 a.m.

Cancellation: In case of a cancellation, the following cancellation will be applied (see Art. 7 GTC):

Travel cancellation insurance: Something unforeseen can always happen before you start your holiday. By taking out the travel cancellation insurance you are financially secure.
Offers: Offers have a validity of 24h from the sending date.
We also refer to the “General Terms and Conditions” of the accommodation facilities associated with the Tourism Offices of Val Gardena” in their respective valid version which regulate the present accommodation contract.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
