Prices
The prices (€) are per person per day, including breakfast, for a minimum stay of 7 days. For shorter stays, a surcharge will be applied. Double for single use on request.
In addition, the Province of Bolzano charges a local tax of € 2.70 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt), payable on site.

Free transport
You can leave your car parked at the hotel and use the Val Gardena Mobilcard on local buses. The bus stop is at 200m from our house.

Dogs
Unfortunately we can not accept dogs or other animals in our house.

Booking conditions
Reservations are only binding once a deposit of 30% has been paid.

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit will be retained.
• up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
• 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50%
• from 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 100%
Tip: We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. It protects you from cancellation fees should you be unable to start your holiday for an important reason. Without travel cancellation insurance, the deposit will not be refunded.

Arrival and departure
Your holiday accommodation will be available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. In case of arrival after 6:00 p.m., please let us know. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the accommodation by 9:30 a.m.

Travel cancellation insurance
Unexpected events can always happen before your trip. With travel cancellation insurance, you are financially protected.

Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
